Calcium imaging is an essential neuroscience tool for monitoring the activity of large neuronal populations in vivo. However, extracting accurate neural signals for downstream analysis requires automated and accurate preprocessing pipelines. To address this need, we developed machine learning-based methods for critical processing steps, including motion correction, video denoising, spike inference, and source extraction. These tools have been widely adopted by researchers worldwide, demonstrating their utility and reliability in advancing neural circuit analysis.
